Terms of service

A booking made on this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. It is confirmed when we contact you to confirm it. Arrival windows are two hours wide and are our best estimate — plumbing runs late when the job before yours turns out to be worse than it looked, and we would rather finish that one properly than arrive at yours on time and rushed. If we are running late you will hear from us.

If water is running right now, call 480-938-3803. Do not book online and do not email. 24-hour emergency service — call any time. Scheduled work runs every day, 8:00 am – 6:00 pm.

We price from a published flat-rate book, not by the hour, so the number you are quoted is the number you pay for that work. Every rate is on the pricing page.

Estimates are free. There is no trip fee and no after-hours charge.

Diagnostic work — tracing a leak, camera-ing a line, working out why something fails — is $129, and it is waived when you approve the work that comes out of it.

An estimate holds until the date printed on it. Work that turns out to be different from what was quoted is re-quoted and approved by you before we do it. We do not do extra work and bill you for it afterwards.

Payment is due when the work is finished, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing. We take cards through a secure payment link — Stripe processes it and we never see or store your full card number.

One-year warranty on parts and workmanship, and a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If something we installed or repaired fails within the year, call us and we will come back and put it right.

Drain clearing and hydro-jetting carry a 14-day warranty, not the year. If a line we cleared or jetted clogs again within 14 days, call us and we will come back and put it right.

The warranty covers our work and the parts we supplied. It does not cover a part you supplied yourself, damage from something outside the work we did, or normal wear on fixtures already in place.

Program: Judai Brothers job texts. The text messages our job system sends from 928-517-5601 about plumbing work you have booked with us.

They go to you only if you opt in: by ticking the box under the phone number on our booking form, by ticking the same box on the page an email from us links to, or by saying yes when our office staff read you the same wording by phone or in person. They are a text confirming you signed up, a reminder the day before your appointment, texts when we are on the way, arrive and finish, and your estimates, invoices and receipts. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for any delayed or undelivered messages.

Reply STOP to any of these texts to stop them, or HELP for help. If you texted STOP, only texting START or UNSTOP to 928-517-5601 switches them back on. The privacy policy covers what happens to your number, and the short version is that it is never sold, and never shared for marketing. We work across the Phoenix metro, roughly fifty miles around it — the service areas page lists the cities. Judai Brothers LLC is licensed, bonded and insured in Arizona under AZ ROC 354554. These terms are governed by Arizona law.
