Free plumbing estimate in Phoenix metro

You don’t have to know what’s wrong to book us. Describe it however you’d describe it to a neighbour — “there’s water under the sink”, “the whole house lost pressure” — and we’ll come and look. The estimate is free and there’s no trip fee, so finding out what it is costs you nothing.

You’re here because…

  • Something’s leaking and you can’t tell where it’s coming from
  • Water pressure dropped everywhere in the house
  • A smell you can’t place, coming from a drain
  • A noise the plumbing didn’t used to make
  • Your water bill jumped and nothing else changed
  • You’re buying or selling and want the plumbing looked at
  • You know what you need but don’t want to hunt for it on a website

Included in the price

  • Someone comes out and looks at it — free
  • A written price before any work starts
  • No trip fee, no charge for the visit, no obligation
  • The same published flat rate any other customer gets, if it turns out to be something we price

Not included

  • Diagnostic work to find something hidden — a leak inside a wall or under the slab, or a camera down a line — is $129, and it comes off the bill the moment you approve the repair

Naming these up front is the point. They’re the most common surprise on a final invoice in this trade.

How the job goes

  1. 01

Tell us roughly what’s going on

A sentence is enough. You don’t need the right words for it, and you won’t be asked to pick a category you’re unsure about.

  2. 02

    Pick a two-hour window

Any day of the week, 8 to 6. We confirm within the hour during business hours.

  3. 03

We look, then we price it

You get a number before anything happens. If it’s a job with a published flat rate, that’s the rate — you can check it against our pricing page yourself.

  4. 04

    You decide

Approve it and we do it, usually the same visit. Don’t, and you owe us nothing for coming out.

Questions we get

What if I don’t know what’s wrong?

That’s what this is for. Describing the symptom is enough — where you see water, what stopped working, what changed. Working out the cause is our job, not yours.

Is the estimate really free?

Yes, on anything we can see and assess. There’s no trip fee either, so a visit that ends with you deciding not to proceed costs you nothing at all.

When is there a charge, then?

When the problem is hidden and finding it is the work — tracing a leak inside a wall or under the slab, or running a camera down a line to find out why it keeps backing up. That’s $129, and it’s waived when you approve the repair.

Will you pressure me into work I didn’t ask for?

No. You only pay for work you approve, and that’s the whole business model — we publish all 86 of our flat rates precisely so nobody has to take our word for what something costs.

What if it turns out to be an emergency?

If there’s water moving right now, don’t book — call 480-938-3803. Booking asks you to wait up to an hour for confirmation, which is the wrong answer when something is actively leaking. Emergencies are answered 24 hours and there’s no after-hours charge.

Do you charge more for evenings or weekends?

No. Nights, weekends, and holidays are billed at exactly the same rate as a Tuesday morning.

Ready when you are.

Pick a two-hour arrival window. We confirm within the hour during business hours.

No trip fee · No after-hours charge · Free estimates on work we can see · $129 to find what we can’t, waived when you approve the repair
