Why isn’t there a price on this page?
Because it would be dishonest. Eighty-six of our services have published flat rates precisely because the scope is knowable. A repipe or a remodel isn’t — it depends on the house. We’d rather show you a real number after seeing it than a low one on a website.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes, on work we can see. The $129 diagnostic only applies to finding a problem that’s hidden, and it’s waived when you approve the repair.
Do you do gas lines?
Yes — ranges, dryers, outdoor kitchens, and fire pits. Gas work is quoted after inspection and pressure-tested on completion.
How do you work with my contractor?
Directly. We handle the plumbing rough-in on their schedule and come back to set fixtures once the finishes are in. Most of our remodel work runs alongside another trade.
Can you do the plumbing while the rest of the house is being repiped?
Yes, and it’s usually the cheapest time to do both — the walls are already open and the crew is already there. If a remodel and a repipe are both on the table, say so at the walk-through and we’ll scope them together rather than twice.
