A slow tub is often hair at the stopper — $89. A failed waste and overflow is $472 and means going into the wall.

Vanities and sinks
A customer-supplied vanity is $329, a pedestal sink $349, and a double vanity $789. Pop-up assembly and P-trap are $139 each.

My shower drips constantly. What is that?
The cartridge inside the valve has worn. Replacing it is $229 and doesn’t require opening the wall. Only if the valve body itself has failed do we need to cut in — that’s the $789 shower valve installation.
Why does my tub drain so slowly?
Almost always hair caught at the stopper or just below it. Clearing a tub drain is $89. If it comes back quickly, the waste and overflow assembly may be failing, and rebuilding that is $472.
What does a tub and surround replacement cost?
$3,689 for a tub and wall surround, which includes cutting out and rebuilding the waste and overflow drain and the shower valve. Installing a tub you supply, without the surround, is $1,189.
There’s a stain on the ceiling under my bathroom.
Don’t wait on that one. It’s a supply line, a drain, or a failed shower pan, and all three get worse. A water line leak in a wall or ceiling is $389 to repair once we’ve located it.
Can you replace just the trim without redoing the valve?
Often yes, if the valve body is a brand we can match trim to. Waste and overflow trim on a tub is $149. We’ll tell you on site whether the existing valve can take new trim.
