Commercial plumbing in Phoenix metro

Houses are most of what we do. Commercial is the other part, and the license covers both — AZ ROC 354554, classification CR-37, licensed and bonded. Restaurants, offices, retail, multifamily, and build-out, across the whole valley.

Work around your hours, at your normal rate

For a restaurant or a shop, the expensive part of a plumbing problem isn’t the plumbing — it’s the hours you’re closed. Most companies bill a premium for exactly the window that would let you stay open.

Scheduled work runs 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM every day of the week. Emergencies are answered 24 hours — and a 2am callout is billed at the same rate as a Tuesday morning.

What we take on

Restaurants and bars

Kitchen lines choked with grease, floor drains, prep and mop sinks, three-compartment sinks, and water heaters sized for a dish pit that never stops. Jetting where a cable won't cut it.

Offices and retail

Restroom fixtures and flush valves, water heaters, supply and drain repairs, and the leak above the ceiling tile that nobody can find.

Multifamily and HOA

Repipes, unit turnovers, riser and main line repairs, shut-off valves that were seized before the current manager started.

Property management

Repeat work across a portfolio, one number to call, and the same published rates on the residential-scale jobs so you can budget them.

Tenant improvement and build-out

Rough-in, fixture setting, gas lines, and water heater installs on a build-out schedule — inspected and pressure tested before anything closes up.

Emergencies

Answered 24 hours. A burst line at 2am on a Saturday is billed at the same rate as one at 10am on a Tuesday.

How a commercial quote works

  1. 01We walk the siteFree, and there is no trip fee attached to it. We look at what you have rather than quoting off a description over the phone.
  2. 02You get a written scope and priceItemized, in writing, before anything starts. If something is going to be a problem later, that is where we say so.
  3. 03We schedule around youIncluding nights and weekends, at no premium. On a build-out we work to the GC's schedule.
  4. 04One year on parts and laborThe same warranty and the same satisfaction guarantee that every residential job gets.

What it costs

Commercial jobs are quoted, not pulled off a price list. Our published book is built around houses — a 40-gallon residential heater is a known job, a dish-pit heater in a restaurant is not.

Where the work is residential in scale — a flush valve, a faucet, a clogged line, a standard water heater — you pay the same published rate any homeowner does. All 86 of them are on the site.

Free estimates on work we can see. $129 to find what we can’t — a leak inside a wall, a line that keeps backing up — and that is waived the moment you approve the repair.

Our work

Copper work from our own jobs — residential repipes, as it happens. Pipe is pipe: the same hands and the same standard go into a build-out. No stock photography anywhere on this site.

Questions

Do you charge extra for after-hours or weekend commercial work?
No. Nights, weekends, and holidays are priced exactly the same as a weekday morning. For a business that can't shut down mid-service, that is usually the difference between doing the work now and putting it off.
Are you licensed for commercial plumbing in Arizona?
Yes. Judai Brothers LLC holds AZ ROC 354554, classification CR-37 (Plumbing), and is licensed and bonded for both residential and commercial work. You can verify the license with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors.
How does pricing work on a commercial job?
Free estimate, with a written scope and price before anything starts. Our published flat rates are built around houses — a 40-gallon residential heater is a known job, a commercial dish-pit heater isn't — so commercial gets quoted rather than pulled off the price book. Straightforward fixture and drain work at residential scale is still charged at the published rate.
Is there a fee to come out and look?
No trip fee, ever. Estimates are free on work we can see. Diagnostic work — tracing a leak inside a wall or under a slab, camera work to find why a line keeps backing up — is $129, and it is waived when you approve the repair.
How far do you travel?
Fifty miles around Phoenix metro, which covers Phoenix, Peoria, Glendale, Scottsdale, Surprise, Sun City, Goodyear, Paradise Valley, Tempe, and Avondale.
Do you warranty commercial work?
One year on parts and workmanship, same as residential, plus the same 100% satisfaction guarantee — if you're not happy with the work, we make it right.
