Old shutoffs seize exactly when you need them. First one is $129, each additional $69, supply lines included.

Fit and connect
Old fixture out, new one set and sealed, supply lines connected — new ones if the existing are suspect.

Pressurize and test
Run both sides, check every joint, confirm the drain and pop-up work.

My faucet drips. Do I need a new one?
Usually not. A worn cartridge causes most drips — $149 for a single handle, $189 for two. A new faucet only makes sense if the finish is failing, the body is corroded, or you want a different one.
Can you install a faucet I bought myself?
Yes, and plenty of people do. A customer-supplied vanity faucet is $139 and a kitchen faucet is $159. If you’d like us to supply and install, a kitchen faucet install is $389 and a widespread faucet is $389.
What’s an angle stop and why do you keep mentioning it?
It’s the shutoff valve under your sink or behind the toilet. They seize with age and hard water, so the one time you need to stop a leak fast, it won’t turn. Replacing the first is $129 and each additional one $69, supply lines included.

That’s usually the P-trap or the drain assembly rather than the faucet. A P-trap rebuild is $139, and a pop-up assembly is $139. We’ll find which one before quoting.
Do you drill for a soap dispenser or filtered water tap?
Yes — $65 to drill the counter or sink for an accessory.
