Main shutoff is usually at the riser near the front of the house. If you can reach it, turn it clockwise before anything else.

Are you really available 24 hours?
Yes. Emergency calls are answered around the clock. Scheduled work runs 8am to 6pm, seven days a week — but a burst line at 2am doesn’t wait for business hours, so neither do we.
Do you charge extra for after-hours?
No. No after-hours charge and no trip fee, ever — nights, weekends, and holidays are priced exactly like a Tuesday morning. Most companies in the metro charge a premium for at least one of those, and several charge just to show up.
Where is my main shutoff?
In most Phoenix homes it’s at the riser — the pipe coming out of the ground near the front of the house, often behind a small access panel or near the hose bibb. Turn it clockwise. Worth finding it now, while nothing is wrong.
Should I book online for an emergency?
No. Booking requests a two-hour window and we confirm within the hour — fine for a leaking faucet, useless when water is running. Call 480-938-3803.
Sewage is backing up into my shower. What now?
Stop using water anywhere in the house — every flush adds to it. That symptom means the main line, not a fixture. Clearing a main drain is $189, and if it recurs a $99 camera inspection tells you why.
